That the Parliament commends Ancre Somme Association Scotland for holding the Dave Penman Memorial Day on 23 November 2025 in Redding, Falkirk; recognises that the event was held in remembrance of the late David Penman, who served with the Parachute Regiment and Special Air Service regiment, and who lived in Redding as a child; commends Ancre Somme Association Scotland's successful fundraising efforts to commission two memorial benches, with one being gifted to Westquarter Primary School, and recognises and congratulates Ancre Somme Association Scotland and all in the community who have given their time and support to the fitting commemoration of a brave local veteran.
