That the Parliament congratulates Buchanhaven School in Peterhead on achieving the sportscotland Gold School Sport Award for 2025-27; recognises that this prestigious award highlights the school’s outstanding commitment to PE, sport and the promotion of healthy, active lifestyles among pupils; commends the dedication of staff, pupils, parents and the wider school community in working together to embed sport and physical activity at the heart of school life, and celebrates Buchanhaven School as being what it sees as an excellent example of how sport can inspire confidence, teamwork and wellbeing in young people.
