That the Parliament congratulates the Kirkcaldy Ladies Probus Club on its 30th anniversary; recognises that the club was founded by Mildred Macfie and Enid Allan following contacts made at a bridge conference and that its inaugural meeting took place on 6 September 1995 at the Parkway Hotel; welcomes the club’s 30th anniversary celebration at the Strathearn Hotel on 17 September 2025, at which many founding and past officers gathered to mark three decades of friendship and civic contribution; notes that the club now has over 90 members, meets 10 times a year and supports a wide range of interest groups, including craft, gardening, walking, golf, and book and theatre groups; acknowledges what it sees as the important role that the Kirkcaldy Ladies Probus Club has played in combating isolation, encouraging civic participation and enriching community life in Kirkcaldy and the wider Fife area over 30 years, and wishes it all the very best for the future.
