Robbie Cruickshank from Thainstone Mart Wins the David Argo Award

That the Parliament congratulates Robbie Cruickshank, from Thainstone Mart, on wining the David Argo Award at the Royal Northern Agricultural Society’s award ceremony; understands that this category recognises an “unsung hero” in the agricultural sector; notes that Robbie has worked for almost 25 years at the Aberdeen and Northern Marts and is now the yard manager at Thainstone, heading up a team of more than 30; understands that he is responsible for the sales at the marts, including livestock and machinery, and oversees the running of it; notes that Robbie has been praised for his calm demeanour and attention to detail, and wishes him all the best for the future in his career at Thainstone.
