That the Parliament congratulates Comhairle nan Eilean Siar on its recent award from NHS Western Isles for its hard and tireless work during the COVID-19 pandemic, and understands that the award recognised many local authority workers on the frontline, such as care workers, educators, refuse collectors and others, who prioritised others before themselves during the uncertain times of lockdown.
