To ask the Scottish Government whether it considers that the COVID-19 R rate in parts of Scotland is comparable to areas in England as evidenced by the European Centre for Disease Infection and Control report on 29 June 2020, and how this fits with the First Minister’s comments on stopping people from entering the country at the border.
