You spoke about having the powers to deal with trafficking, but we have heard that terrifying numbers of women are being enslaved, raped and financially controlled. My question is one that I asked previous witnesses: should the bill extend criminalisation to those who facilitate prostitution rather than criminalising only the buyers?
