1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take agenda item 3 in private. Rona Mackay MSP, substituting for Collette Stevenson MSP, stated that she had no relevant interests to declare.

2. Future parliamentary procedures and practices(In Private): Draft report

The Committee considered a draft report and the report was agreed for publication. The Committee also agreed that it wishes to hold a debate on the Committee’s report in September.

3. Work programme(In Private)

The Committee considered its work programme.

4. Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland(In Private):

The Committee agreed a revision to the Directions made under the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner Act 2002.
