The Committee decided to take items 3 and 4 in private.

2. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland:

The Committee took evidence from—

Tom Norris, Managing Director, Places for People Scotland;

Fionna Kell, Director of Policy, Homes for Scotland;

Niall Robertson, Director, Building Consultancy, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

3. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland:

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.

4. Ferry services:

The Committee considered its approach to its future inquiry and agreed a draft remit.
