2. Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Jason Haggart, Head of Architecture, COSLA;

Helen Costello, Tester, Helen's test (2);

Brittany Brown, Policy Lead, Scottish Government;

and then from—

Professor Alice Ruiz, Police Scotland;

Paula Boyden, Director, Dogs Trust;

Professor Paul Day, Human Resources Consultant, Leith Links Residents Association.

3. Work programme:

The Committee will review its work programme.
