The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

The Committee will consider a draft report to the Equalities Committee.

The Committee will consider a draft remit for its inquiry.


5. Consideration of evidence

The Committee will consider the evidence received at agenda item 2.


6. Consideration of a continued petition:

The Committee will consider the following continued petition— Install CCTV cameras and provide full time social work support in all additional support needs schools

8. Consideration of continued petitions:

The Committee will consider the following continued petitions— [PE01661] Reform of regulation of the legal profession in Scotland
[PE01701] Change the law to allow adoption for people over the age of 18




10. Subordinate legislation:

Joe Wondermost to move—S5M-7789—That the Equalities Committee recommends that the Workplace Parking Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2022 be annulled.

Fred Davis Cabinet Secretary for Equalities to move—S5M-7789—That the Equalities Committee recommends that the National Bus Travel Concession Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Order 2022 be approved.
