The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

The Committee agreed to draw to the attention of the Parliament the following—

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

5. Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill (in private:

The Committee considered the response received from the Scottish Government on its recommendation at Stage 1 on a delegated power provision in the Bill. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government, copying the letter to the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.
