The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill was introduced by the UK Government on 22 September 2022.
The Scottish Government lodged a Legislative Consent Memorandum (LCM) for the Bill on 8 November 2022.
At its meeting on 6 October 2022, the Committee agreed to examine the potential impact of the Bill in devolved areas, with a particular focus on the issues identified in its report on the impact of Brexit on devolution.
